School fires up here in Texas this next week. We attended back to school community pep rally showcasing our football team, drill team, cheerleaders, band and so many more academic and athletic departments. I’m so excited see my baby girl shine her freshman year as a Clear Falls Emerald and our Senior varsity footballer dominate on the field for one year of FNL for both our kids 💚🖤 wishing your kids and families all the best this new school year!!

So we were gonna sell and buy in Santa Rosa but we can’t give up beach front property, views for days, boat access, fishing and beach access. We are PCB folks not to mention our loyal return guests and friends

Hello all!! We still have some summer availability and options for fewer night requirements than my typical 7 night minimum. Sunday July-5-Saturday July 11 (6 nights). July 18-July 28th is open for 5 nights or more (preferably July 18-July 23 and July 23-28 but can be flexible! At this time Labor Day is also available with a 4 night minimum! Family, friends and guests in good standing DM me if interested! The beach is calling beach 🏝️ ☀️2 primary’s with on-suite bathrooms, balcony access, kids bunk room with attached shower/tub condo, penthouse. Sleeps 8 comfortably.
