Let's build your perfect Southern Utah trip. Save this one. 📍

Day 1: Arrive at the ranch. Unpack. Do absolutely nothing and feel great about it.

Day 2: Bryce Canyon. Sunrise at Sunrise Point. Walk the Queen's Garden trail. Marvel at the fact that this place is real.

Day 3: Drive Highway 12. Stop whenever you want - and you will want to stop constantly. End the day in Tropic or Escalante if you're feeling adventurous.

Day 4: Zion National Park. Narrows or Angels Landing depending on your nerve. Either way, you earn that fire pit session back at the ranch.

Day 5: Slow morning. Farm fresh eggs. Pond time. Maybe one more ride out to the canyon. A very hard goodbye.

There are some skies you only believe once you've seen them yourself. 🔭

Southern Utah is home to some of the darkest skies in the country - and Cottonwood Meadow Lodge sits right in the middle of it. When the sun goes down on the ranch, the stars come out in a way most people have never experienced.

Bring your telescope. Or just bring a blanket and find a patch of grass. Either way, plan to be outside for a while.

This charming historic town is just 9 miles up the road and it is full of character. Local shops, artisan goods, Panguitch Drug Co. for souvenirs, and excellent dining

🍔Backwoods Bistro is always a guest favorite.

Head south a few miles and Hatch has that classic small-town Western feel that's harder to find anywhere else these days.

It's the kind of place that reminds you why you drove out to Utah in the first place.

That blue door. Those snow-covered aspens. Opening week at the ranch. ❄

This is The Log Cabin at Cottonwood Meadow Lodge - and yes, we just opened, snow and all. It won't look like this for long. The snow melts, the aspens leaf out, and before you know it it's a July evening with a fire going and the Milky Way overhead.

By the time that happens, most of our summer calendar will be gone. We're booked nearly solid from today through the end of June. July and August are moving - but spots remain.
