One of my favorite memories: driving our kids to our cabin for the very first time in 2022. We drove past the sparkling lake at midnight with all the lights of the surrounding cabins reflecting off it. My oldest daughter said, "Hey mom, your dream came true!"
Me- "hmm?"
Her-"You dreamed of having a cabin in the woods to rent out and you made your dream come true!"
And my vision got blurry and I responded, "You're right baby. I did. I made my dream come true."
I cherish this memory because it is so important to me to show all of my kids, especially my girls, that women can make their dreams come true.
And the cabin was and still is a dream come true.
