Theresa G. (Klosterman) Riggs, WCHS Class of 1971
71, of Greenfield passed away January 7, 2025. She was born in Indianapolis, Indiana on May 5, 1953, to her parents Ogal and Doreen (Owens) Klosterman.
Terri was a 1971 graduate of Warren Central High School. She married Randal Riggs on February 14, 1981 and he survives. Terri retired after a 20-year career as a nurse. After retirement, Terri was a waitress at Chi-Chi’s and Applebee’s. Terri and Randy enjoyed cruises to both Alaska and Hawaii. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and her beloved pets.
In addition to Randy, her loving husband of 43 years, Terri is survived by her daughters, Tyra Nelson (Chris) and Ashley Reynolds, her sons, Curtis Eaton (Elisabeth), Randy Riggs, Jr., and Donny Riggs, her grandchildren Shelby and Jonathan Cass, Jacob Price, Keirsten and Katelin Reynolds, Lucy and Winnie Eaton, Wesley and Lainey Riggs, her sister, Tami Mall (Chris), her brother, Todd Klosterman (Francine) and nieces, Tracy, Kristy, Desiree, Natasha, and Danielle.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ogal and Doreen Klosterman, and daughter-in-law, Heather Eaton.
A visitation will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, from 11AM-1PM at Flanner Buchanan—Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St. Indianapolis, Indiana, 46229. A funeral service will immediately follow at 1PM. Theresa will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery following her service.
Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to either the Humane Society or Alzheimer's Association.
