FREE POP-UP CONCERT IN THE PARK on Tuesday, August 25, behind Zack’s BBQ in Hotchkiss!
When our family moved to the North Fork Valley at the end of 2025, we were welcomed with incredible warmth, kindness, and support. That welcome only grew when we took ownership of Zack’s BBQ in April 2026. We are especially grateful to Zack’s wonderful longtime customers, who embraced us during the transition, and to the many new customers who have supported us along the way. Hotchkiss proudly calls itself the “Friendliest Town Around,” and through every step of our journey, we have felt that same welcoming spirit throughout the entire North Fork Valley—from Hotchkiss to Paonia, Crawford, and beyond.
Together with Bill Grom, and the Timmons family would like to thank the neighbors, local businesses, and community organizations that make this community so amazing.
