A massive thank you to all the amazing kids who came out and participated in Lego Day, sponsored by Shivering Timbers Family Camp! We were absolutely blown away by the creativity, imagination, and hard work that went into every single submission. You all made judging incredibly tough!
🏆 Prizes, Treats & Reads:
* Top Three Builders: Earned the ultimate bragging rights and got the very first pick of the Lego prize pool!
* Every Single Participant: Walked away with their brand-new Lego kit just for entering and sharing their awesome creations. Nobody left empty-handed!
* Bonus Perks: In addition to their Legos, every child also got to pick out and walk away with some fantastic books from the library to take home! 📚

📢 ATTENTION WHITEFISH TOWNSHIP LEGO BUILDERS! 📢
As many of you know, Heart & Soul’s scheduling unfortunately fell through for this weekend's event—but the show must go on! 🧱✨
The Shivering Timbers Family Campground is stepping up to host the town Lego Contest this Saturday! 🏕️
Let's make sure the kids still get to show off their incredible brick-building skills!
📅 WHEN: This Saturday, July 11th
⏰ ENTRY DEADLINE: All builds must be submitted by 11:00 AM
🏁 EVENT STARTS: 11:00 AM
📍 LOCATION: Whitefish Township Library (7247 North M-123, Paradise, MI 49768)
👤 WHO: Open to everyone age 20 and under!
The Rules & Categories:
Each participant must build their own original creation. We have three awesome categories to compete in:
1️⃣ Most Creative 🤖
2️⃣ Dream House Builds 🏠
3️⃣ Outdoor Adventure 🌲⛺
Admission is free, and there will be plenty of fun, prizes, and creative designs to check out. Grab your blocks and we’ll see you at the library this Saturday morning!

​We are officially gearing up to open for the new year, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back! To celebrate, we just finished putting up our brand-new sign featuring our official logo—let us know what you think when you drive in! 🐺✨

​What’s happening right now:

We are currently busy working behind the scenes on some great site upgrades, including building new privies and putting in a brand-new well system! We’re putting in the work now so you can completely unplug, relax, and enjoy the classic camp experience when you get here.
