We just had a last minute cancellation freeing up holiday weekend of November 11 to 14th.

We have changed our internet provider from HughesNet to Space-X Starlink. We’ve increased our speeds substantially (> 5X) and no longer have data caps. Our guests will have the best internet available!

We have hired a new housekeeper and therefore have re-opened our booking calendar to new reservation requests. Thank you to all of our Guests and followers for your patience and continued patronage.

We have temporarily suspended new reservations while we look for a new housekeeper. We hope to have the position filled with a person with the same dedication and work ethic as our former housekeeper. Those that have stayed with us during the last almost 2 years know how well she cleaned the house before each guests’ arrival.

A few pics from our recent stay at MMR with some of my wife's family. Among other things, we rode side-by-sides on the trails off Spring Lake Rd and hiked along the Dripping Springs trail.

Thank you again to all of our guests and a special thank you to returning guests! We have a couple that is about to check-in for their THIRD stay!

We are once again eliminating our Covid-19 cancellation policy and returning to our normal cancellation policy, which is guests canceling up to 14 days prior to their check-in date receive a full refund. Guests canceling up to 7 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Inside of 7 days there is no refund. This is the “relaxed” cancellation policy on VRBO.

Thank you to our guests! This Spring has been really busy at Myra's Mountain Retreat. We are almost completely booked up for the months of April and May. Please look ahead and call or email to secure future dates - especially in the Fall. We were booked solid last year as the Fall colors in the Ozark mountains are amazing.

Paris, AR, a short 15 minute drive from Myra’s Mountain Retreat, has a beautifully lit town square and also offers visits with Santa and free carriage rides on select dates in December. Here is information from the Paris Chamber of Commerce.
