King's Hill Inn & Barn Nestled in the rolling hills of western Maine, you'll find the historic King's Hill estate, gardens and renovated post + beam dairy barn!

Our majestic post and beam dairy barn built in 1899 is fully restored and is sitting on our 25 acres of fields and forest, all surrounded by stone walls. Alongside our barn, we are a fully functional inn with elaborate gardens and our very own serene chapel. This historic home is the birthplace of Horatio King, an editor of his own paper called the Jefferson and most well known for his position as

Postmaster General under President Buchanan. The beauty and history of this property make it a gem of a destination for weddings, proms and other great events in the rolling hills of western Maine.
