For those staying at Hidden Bay in 2024, we’ve got a brand new grill, new within the past year microwave, & still-new-to-some-of-you coffee maker! 😎

To help with mosquito control (INSTEAD of mosquito spraying), we have decided to add a couple bat boxes/houses, are encouraging the use of the portable fans while sitting on the patio (there are outdoor plugs & extension cords), and providing some insect repellent for anyone who forgets/runs out.

There’s also a fresh coat of paint in the bathroom!

We’ve got some new (very fragile) residents at Hidden Bay 😊🪺

Unfortunately their parents chose to build their nest on the ground…

We’ve been advised by Northwoods Wildlife Center in Minocqua not to try to move the nest. So if you’re visiting with any furry friends in the next couple of weeks, please try to have them avoid the fireplace side of the cabin outside! 🐶

And if you take any zoomed-in-from-a-respectful-distance pictures like these, feel free to show us, we’d love to see! 💙
