Monday Nights at Bar Lazy J are so much fun! The night starts with cocktail hour and drinks made by Jordan. Try the new Lavender Honey Old Fashion it’s becoming a new favorite! Jordan makes her own syrup using lavender from our neighbors at Mountain Grace Lavender Ranch. During cocktail hour enjoy live music from grand county local Wade Sutton, and smell the delicious steaks and shrimps on the bbq made by Chef Adam!

A FABULOUS opening week for us at Bar Lazy J!!! This week was adults only and they started off our 2026 season with a bang! So many laughs and stories shared.

This Memorial Day we remember those that made the ultimate sacrifice towards our freedom. Thank you!
Enjoy this holiday, but remember why we celebrate. Tonight we’ll be having steaks and raising our glasses in their honor 🇺🇸

It takes 3 weeks to get the ranch up and running thanks to our dedicated staff and volunteers. Their hard work is much appreciated and we can’t wait for everyone to meet the new staff and reconnect with returning. Here’s to a fabulous season and we are so ready for guests to arrive today!!

Jordan and Cheri went on a scout for fresh, local coffee! We are happy to say we have partnered with Grand County Roastery out of Granby. They even let Jordan hop in on the roasting process.
We can’t wait for guests to enjoy mornings filled with fresh, strong and hot local coffee! ☕️

So honored to have the cover photo for Cowboys and Indians next issue! And being featured among other incredible Centennial Ranches around the country is an even bigger honor. So proud to be celebrating over 100 years of sharing the West alongside so many of our friends. Thank you to all of YOU who keep it alive by bringing your families, making the memories and passing it to the generations to come. Looking forward to another 100 years! 💕

Meet Elsa! Standing at over 18 and 19 hands tall, sweet “Elsa” and “Anna” are black Percherons on lease to us from C Lazy U ranch for the summer. This experienced team usually pulls a sleigh and will be our wagon team this summer—we’re excited to have them here! Make sure you stop and visit with them over by the petting farm— they are hard to miss towering over all our mini animals!

Cheri had a wonderful day with great coffee, lots of lovely messages, and getting to hike with the staff! She shared stories of how the Coach Amos challenge came to be and her sportsmanship experiences over the years! Thank you all who reached out, or shared how they got active!
