It was true Maine weather yesterday went from rain to sunshine about ever hour or so, with a little wind thrown in.
After playing inside in the morning, we took the kids over to the Amish store in Smyrna Mills, they love picking out some treats.
Then back to cabins for lunch and some riding around the cabin trails( great for the kiddos learning to drive), had to stop a couple times for a downpour, then back at it once the rain stopped..
Once skies were clear of dark clouds, we loaded up in sxs and headed for town, ice cream and playground time.
Back to cabins, dinner and finally no more rain, blue skies so out to the fire we went. Our guests stopped over to say Hi, we chatted and found out they are friends with our friends..small world.
Our littlest grand fell asleep in my arms around 7 at the fire, guess we tuckered her out🥰
to be honest I was tuckered out too but managed to make it until 9ish, the new late night 🤣🤣

We have direct trail access for those that like to ATV, its quiet and private, short 5 min drive to town, 30 mins from Baxter State Park North entrance or 25 mins from Katahdin Woods and Waters. 45 Acres of fields and woods, great for wildlife viewing. Pets are welcome.

Pack up the family and head north for a week of adventures or R&R.

Cabin J sleeps 5 to 8 with two queen beds, 2 twin bunks over queens and a queen pull out couch.
All bedding and towels provided. Full kitchens and we do have wifi to keep everyone connected.

School’s almost out… and just like that, the backpacks are dropped, alarms are off, and summer officially begins ❤️

🏍️ Trail access is right at the end of the driveway, so once you arrive, you can unload and hit the trails without wasting time.
🏡 Our cozy cabins have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, with plenty of parking for your truck, trailer, and toys and pets are welcome.
🌲 Enjoy the peace and quiet of a secluded setting, while still being just 2 miles from the grocery store, restaurants, and local brew pub.
One of our favorite summer traditions is grabbing a bite at Craig's Clam Shop. My personal favorite? The lobster roll! 🦞 It just tastes better after a day spent exploring the trails.
