A Weekend to Exhale
~ a wellness retreat centered around mindful movement, nourishing food, and meaningful connection in a beautiful Pocono setting.

Step away from the noise and fast pace of everyday life and give yourself permission to simply slow down. A weekend to exhale is a restorative weekend created for those longing to reconnect - with themselves, with nature, with one another - and leave feeling a little more like yourself again.

The Property (where you will be):

This retreat is designed with you in mind—to give your nervous system a chance to truly slow down. Guest rooms are intentionally screen free, creating a quiet space to unplug from the outside world and reconnect with yourself. Think of it as stepping back into a simpler time, where you can fall asleep to the sounds of nature, wake without the pull of the outside world, and give your mind some much-needed room to be still.
Set in an enchanting 19th-century farmhouse surrounded by peaceful woods, open fields, and a tranquil pond, the property itself is part of the experience. For generations, this home has welcomed family and friends, laughter and celebrations, quiet conversations and countless memories. There is a warmth here that comes only from decades of love woven into the fabric of a home. What makes this place extraordinary isn’t only its beauty. It’s the feeling of home, community, and the memories created around the table, beside the pond, and beneath the starry sky.
One of the greatest gifts of this weekend is simplicity. Once you arrive, you can put away your car keys—you won’t need them again until it’s time to leave. Everything you need for the weekend is right here, giving you the rare opportunity to step away from schedules, errands, and everyday responsibilities. For a few days, your only job is to take care of yourself.
You may find that the place alone captures your heart…. But there’s so much more!

The Experience (what your weekend will include)

Throughout the weekend you will be invited to enjoy a thoughtfully chosen mix of experiences designed to nourish and move your body, quiet your mind, and restore your spirit - at your own pace.
A variety of relaxing mindfulness and movement practices including gentle yoga, meditation, breath work, qigong, and mindful walks in nature
A hands-on lunch workshop, exploring the healing power of delicious plant based foods. Together, you’ll learn about the nutritional value of whole foods, simple ways to prepare them to maximize their health benefits, and then create and share a wholesome lunch.
Two nourishing dinners, served family-style in the dining room on Friday and Saturday evenings
Two wholesome breakfasts, served family-style in the dining room on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Unstructured time to wander the property, relax by the pond, paddle across the water in a canoe, cast a fishing line, journal, read, sketch, nap in a hammock, play tennis/pickleball, go for a hike, or simply sit on the screened in porch in a rocking chair and enjoy the peace and beauty around you.
Step into our cozy log cabin, affectionately known as the game room. Challenge a friend to shuffleboard or table tennis, work on a puzzle, curl up by the wood burning fireplace with a book, or simply enjoy the kind of unhurried conversations that inspire and bring people together.
Spend an evening around the campfire beneath a sky full of stars - the perfect ending to a special day
