Our 25th InnMates weekend is in the books!
Painting, cleaning, purging, screening, and creek dockin’ with good friends and family.
It takes a lot to maintain this old inn, but it is a labor of love!
Sea View Inn opened in 1937, and was rebuilt in 1955 after Hurricane Hazel.
It remains a Barefoot Paradise in the center of the island and loved by generations. And it opens again March 27th for its 90th season!

Crawfish Festival is back in Pawleys Island!!

Every now and then, some of our regular guests can no longer make the trip to see us. It makes us sad, especially since we know how much our guests cherish a vacation only Sea View Inn and Pawleys Island can offer. We received this message yesterday and wanted to share it. Sums up how much they and others love this place! And we will miss them too!!!

"We will not be coming to the Sea View Inn this year. After spending every Labor Day week in the Cottage since 1997, we have decided we will be travelling more locally in New England. We appreciated the fact that the Inn and all of its trimmings have remained the same and unchanged over the past 28 years. We always knew what to expect and appreciated the familiarity. The hospitality of Brian, Sassy, Kipp, and all of the staff have made our vacations seem like home away from home. We will miss the Southern weather, food, ocean front, back dock sunsets, and the many people that have come and gone over the years. We now have plenty of fun memories to hold and cherish because of our experiences at Pawleys Island."

That’s a wrap! The 2025 season has come to a close. We are so grateful to our staff who take such great care of our guests. Y’all are truly a one of a kind work family. We are all going to follow Boo’s 🐈‍⬛ lead and get some well deserved rest over the next four months. We look forward to welcoming all of our guests back for SVI 2026!
