Some updates for 2025... new mattress in the blue bedroom. (I know that will make some unhappy but we had a complaint from someone who said it was dirty...) New HVAC and electric panel. 2 new ceiling fans. 2 new rugs. New bedding on the bunk bed and the queen. (Actually same bedding just new and not washed to death and faded. Oh! The 2 year old grand came to help us out!

Wanted to add one last thing. If you rent our house and someone parks in front of the drive leading to the beach access (which is clearly marked as a tow away zone) please contact PI Police and report it. The fine is $55, or you can have it towed. I chose the fine this weekend. I dont understand how people choose to disrespect other peoples property. I also thought about it this way. They parked there before noon, only 30 feet from easy beach access and didnt return to their car til after 5:30. Damn good location for $10 per hour???

Finally was able to spend some time at Pawleys to get things prepped for the Summer. Got the last interior door replaced so they now are ALL new and actually close! (and lock) Brand new Polywood dining table and chairs (20 yr warranty?) for the back deck. Having all white matching furniture is so nice! Last December we were able to get the dock walkway re-leveled after IAN. We spent a LOT of $ this off season yet things dont feel 'improved' Meh... Sometimes that happens... In this economy, rentals overall are down. First year in a long time that Memorial week was available. Right now we have three Prime Summer weeks available: 6/9-6/15, 7/27-8/3, 8/3-8/10 as well as a later August week and much of Sept and October! Yall Come!

Question for those that are vacationers at Haines House. The yellow bedroom is a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above... Is this setup good? Or should it be replaced with a regular queen? It would effectivley reduce sleeping to 8. Thank you so much for your feedback! Ed and Judy
