Come for a ride in the Tonto National Forrest! We offer a 1, 2, and 3 hour trail ride; our two hour to the waterfall being the most popular. Our horses are very gentle, and some like to smile for the camera like Dakota here! Our prices are $30 per person, per hour, plus tax. Our number is 928 478 0030, call and make your reservation as soon as possible, as we do tend to get booked out at times The youngest we allow on the trail ride is 6 years old, but anyone under that can take a Pony ride, and pony rides are free we just ask that you tip the wrangler who helps you with it! So come enjoy the beautiful outdoors on horseback and enjoy the plants and wildlife! Hope to see you soon!

As we gear up for a busy summer we would like to take a quick moment to remind you: per Tonto National Forrest regulations, Kohl's Ranch Stables will be closed from November 1st, 2012 through the end of February 2013. We will resume normal operations the first day of March 2013.

Stop by and see the beautiful Tonto National Forest from the back of one of gentle horses. Spring is in full bloom in the woods and the birds and wildlife are abundant and active. Give us a call and take a chance on seeing a mother elk and her newborn calf. or to watch the squirrels chase each other through the brush even risk seeing some of the most breath taking sights of the Mogollon Rim while relaxing on the back of a calm steed as they take in and out of the warm sunshine.
