We need to do a better job remembering to take pics, but we had human, horse + small dog sessions today. So much fun to get together to visit and do amazing things for our bodies. 🙏

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐖𝐚𝐯𝐞?

Simply put, it's an "Inflammation Reduction Device” OR “Pain relief without drugs”. (see flyers + links for more info)

1. Reduces inflammation
2. Increases circulation
3. Increases oxygenation

😍 It helps the body do what it’s designed to do naturally. 😍

𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐓𝐨 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐬:

It varies – how long issue the has been present, lifestyle (diet, exercise), age, etc.

Usually never one and done like most modalities (chiro, massage, acupuncture, etc.)

𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬:

1. Overall wellness: Once a week, once every other week.
2. Working on "dis-ease" in the body: 2-3 times a week for several weeks to get ahead of problem.
3. Injuries: Results right away is common (reduce swelling, pain, and inflammation.)
