This year we have two groups of returning renters (fisherman) who have been here 5 years in rows! And..another group returning for their 6th straight year, but 9th total stay.
Over 50% of our guests are repeat clients.
Two doctors and their kids from Wisconsin just canceled what would have been their 8th year because they moved to Arizona this summer.
A phone interview is required before we agree to rent to new families or fishermen and ladies. Message if interested. June, July and August are all booked. We have openings for fall fishing and duck hunting.
