Thanks everyone for helping to get the word out about the rental. I had sooo many people interested and don't want to leave them wondering. I believe I can say its rented( pending formalities. )

The "white house will be available Oct 1 2022. Its right on the lake and hwy 45 $650. Per mo. includes utilities, garbage pick up, access to dock, fire pit, picnic table. House does have a full basement with outside access . It has a stove, and refrigerator.( there is also a kitchen table with two chairs which could stay) New roof ,new paint, new gas furnace. Note: it is small...(I'd call it 1 bedroom)...a good fit for one or two people.(there is NO washer dryer hookup). For quickest response to interest text ( or voicemail) 715-891-6298

so now that I finally have some pictures of the red house on the page(with more coming) facebook is taking away the discussions tab...so there will be no place for detailed info other then the wall....Hmmmm
