Dawn said, "I need a perm; my hair won't do what I want." After consulting with her at length, we learned that Dawn hadn't updated her hairstyle for a while due to past bad experiences with her hair. I said, "I've got you covered." As it turned out, no perm was needed; we layered her curly hair and adjusted her bangs to better frame her face. Thanks for trusting me, Dawn Sparks
