Air-conditioned year-round 4-bedroom house directly on Keuka Lake, only 20 footsteps (with no roads to cross) from door of cottage to beach with enough frontage for enjoying the fire pit, yard games, and tons of other fun. There is a dock for you to utilize as well as 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks, plus tons of water rafts and the such. The open-concept house has large windows across the entire cott

age with a wraparound deck where you will spend all of your time, so you always have a view of the lake. It is within walking distance to a marina and the village of Penn Yan. No pets allowed (owner has severe allergies). Email at [email protected] for more information.

New sign that we finally hung made by a member of our family that we will cherish forever and a new roof. Nice way to end the summer. Dates for summer 2025 are listed. Now we just have to wait another 7 months and we will be getting there.
