We are a Vacation Home Rental Management and Event Management company, located right in the heart of the Finger Lakes. We're a husband and wife team, who love the FLX area and are raising our family here surrounded by these beautiful lakes and rolling hills. We want each of our guests to feel at home, to feel like a local, and to *linger* over each moment during their stay in our vacation homes. W

e hope our guests fall in love with the Finger Lakes region as much as we have. We love the joy of planning and coordinating events locally as well, giving each of our clients an experience that they will remember for a long time to come.

There's a pace to summer in the Finger Lakes that's hard to explain until you've lived it for a weekend. The days move naturally slower here- unhurried, full, and somehow exactly what everyone needed.

This is what we think about when we prepare each home for you. It's not just a place to sleep between activities, but a place where you spend the whole day- from the quiet of an early morning on the water to the warmth of a fire long after dinner is done.

Every so often, a guest says it better than we ever could-

"OMG....this was the best trip ever!!!! The main house for my husband and I was absolutely gorgeous and the second house for our son and his family was just perfect. We all gathered in the main house for games, meals, snacks and much needed family time. The other house had a cute game room and workout room, which the girls loved. The deck overlooking the water was simply beautiful. Oh and watching fireworks was the best all over the lake from the house deck. We were well informed at all times by our host and we can't wait to go back next year!!!! Thank you so much!!!♥️" - Karen B
