From this second floor beach condo it is only steps to the beautiful sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The condo offers a very flexible sleeping arrangement and can sleep up to 8 (King size memory foam bed in master, two twin beds and a trundle in second bedroom, twin over full bunk bed in third, queen sleeper sofa in family room). The master bathroom

features a shower. The second bathroom has a shower over the bath tub. The wrap around balcony features a gas grill with seating for casual dining and conversation. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need or take advantage of the fantastic restaurants only minutes away. The development has an elevator and an allocated covered parking spot. Plus outside parking for one more vehicle. Private pool. Free Wi-Fi, cable TV. Beach chairs, beach towels and umbrellas are included. A portable crib is available. Please send us a note if you are going to need it. This is a very quiet, family style complex. The principal renter must be over the age of 25. This is a Sunday to Sunday rental during June-August.
