Fall is my favorite!!!! 🍁 🎃 👻

I’m loving watching my feed pop up with all of the fun fall things happening at some of our favorite spots and shops. We head back up for our family fall week next Saturday and we are all counting the minutes!

That’s a wrap! ❤️

We officially just ended our summer 2023 rental season and our hearts are so full of gratitude - we welcomed old friends back and new friends to Harvey Hollow this year, and as we turn the page on summer - we are ready to say HELLO to fall!

Soon the leaves will be changing and the bonfire is calling! Starting now, we are opening up Harvey Hollow to “off-season” rentals, so it’s time to start planning some fun fall weekends! There is still lots to do and see in Pentwater in the fall (our family has a fall week planned already and we are so excited)!

We already have some fall dates booked, but still have availability! Come sit by the fire with a hot chocolate, bake some fall treats, get a start on holiday shopping, take a walk and enjoy the Pure Michigan colors, and get away for a bit! Please shoot us a message to inquire about availability.

We just pulled out of the driveway and are heading home after our amazing family week at the cottage ❤️

This was our first summer season staying here as a family (for a full WEEK) and we surely packed in as much as we could!!!!

Fun things we did:

- Lots of candy and ice cream visits at Cosmic Candy and House of Flavors.
- Visited all of our favorite shopping spots including Craze Home, Oldewick Post, Glove Apparel, and Birch Michigan & Pentwater Candle Company ❤️❤️❤️
- BBQ food trucks downtown Pentwater
- Dinner, bowling, and outdoor fun at STIX
- Go karting and mini golf at AJ’s
- Spending all day at Lewis Adventure Farm feeding the animals and enjoying ALL of the activities there
- Blueberry picking at The Patch ($15 for the BIGGEST bag of blueberries that we ate ALL week!!!)
- Visit to silver lake to The Chicken Shack and Craig’s Cruisers
- Fishing, sunsets, movies, lots of beach time, the list goes on and on…..

We could not love Pentwater more ❤️ and not only did we get to have an amazing week ourselves, but we got to share our house this summer with lovely families that will hopefully fall in love with Pentwater just like we did.

We have bookings lined up for fall and winter weekends, so keep the requests and inquiries coming if you would like to stay at Harvey Hollow in the future!

HELLO SUMMER!!!! Our summer rentals are in full swing and we are so excited to be welcoming back both new and returning visitors to our Pentwater home! ❤️

We have only TWO summer weeks left up for grabs:

8/20 - 8/27
8/27 - 9/3

Starting in September we will open the calendar to two-night minimum stays, so please don’t hesitate to inquire about staying a few days or a long weekend throughout the rest of the year!

I’ve been watching all of the Pentwater business pages light up for the last few weeks and it’s making my heart go pitter-patter with excitement for summer 2023!!!! So many of our beloved businesses are opening this weekend or in the next few weeks and it’s making me want to pack my bags RIGHT NOW!

For anyone still interested in experiencing a Pentwater summer rental at our home - we still have some dates available for 2023:

June 4th - June 11th
June 11th - June 18th
June 18th - June 25th
August 20th - August 27th
August 27th - September 3rd

Spring is here!!!!!

Harvey Hollow is almost completely booked for summer, but we will be up there soon prepping for spring and getting the cottage ready for all of our upcoming visitors.

Looking at the event schedule for the Silver Lake Sand Dunes is getting me all kind of excited for our first spring/summer season! We are so excited to make memories in 2023!

2022 was a BIG year for this squad. We fulfilled our dream of getting our own place in Pentwater - and not only we were able to make memories there ourselves this year, but we were also able to share it with our first renters throughout the fall and winter. We also rang in the new year together at the cabin and celebrated an amazing first year ❤️

Hello 2023!!! Lots to look forward to! We can’t wait to make more memories and continue to share our place as we look towards spring and summer. We are counting our blessings ❤️❤️

Think summer is the only good time to rent in Pentwater? Think again! Pentwater has all sorts of holiday events going on in December! Check out the adorable window decorations that are currently going up for the town holiday window decorating contest (this year it’s a “movie” theme). So adorable!!!! Harvey Hollow is booked through December this year already, but keep next year in mind for a cozy holiday getaway!

Lights are up downtown! ❤️ So excited to go back and experience Pentwater during the holidays! We still have the weekend of December 3rd open for rent if anyone is interested in cozying up at the cabin next to the fire with some hot chocolate 🎄 ☕️
