There’s a reason Kundalini has never been a “just do a few poses and breathe” kind of practice. 😉

The ancient yogis understood something we’re still discovering today:

Energy changes everything.

Your breath.
Your nervous system.
Your attention.
Your relationship with your own mind.
And eventually… the way you move through the world.

One of the things I LOVE about studying Kundalini is realizing there isn’t just one doorway into awakening.

There are practices that work directly with breath and prana.
Practices that work with the mind.
Practices that use mantra, mudra, kriya, meditation and subtle energy.

And then there’s the question I think every 200HR teacher eventually asks:

“Okay… but how do I actually learn to TEACH this?”

That’s where our 100HR Kundalini Fusion Teacher Training comes in.

This isn't about collecting another certification to hang on your wall.

It's a deep-dive, retreat-style immersion into the experience and teaching of Kundalini Fusion—where we explore the practices, the philosophy, the energy body, kriya, breath, mantra, meditation, sequencing, and most importantly…

how to hold space for another human being when the practice starts moving something beneath the surface.

Because Kundalini isn't something you simply teach.

You learn how to listen.

To the body.
To the breath.
To the energy.
To the room.
And sometimes… to that little voice inside saying,
“Whoa. We’re going somewhere.” 😂✨

Question for my 200HR teachers:
If you could deepen ONE area of your teaching right now—kriya, pranayama, mantra, meditation, subtle energy, or Kundalini philosophy—what would you choose?

Drop it below. 👇🏼 I want to know what doorway is calling you.

And if you're a 200HR Yoga Teacher ready to go beyond the asana and dive into Kundalini Fusion, come join us for the 100HR Kundalini Fusion Teacher Training — retreat style January 2027.

Your mat is only the beginning. 🐍✨

DM me “KUNDALINI” and I’ll send you the details.

The Sunrise That Keeps Giving
Every morning at Blisstopia, before the first guest stirs and before the desert light has fully cleared the ridge of Sunrise Mountain, Lana walks the property. She doesn't walk to inspect or to fix — she walks to thank. She thanks the well for water she didn't dig herself. She thanks the solar panels for holding yesterday's sun. She thanks the labyrinth stones, placed one by one, by hands she knows better than her own.
Because she watched those hands do it.
Years ago, Lana asked Mark for a labyrinth — a place for guests to walk their way into stillness, one slow spiral at a time. She didn't ask for a contractor, a delivery truck, or a shortcut. So Mark spent his days out under the full weight of the Sonoran sun, gathering sand and stone from the land itself, setting each piece by hand, sunburned and unhurried, until the desert floor held a labyrinth that hadn't existed before. He built it not because it was his idea, but because it was hers — and because that is what Mark does. He turns Lana's vision into something you can walk on with your bare feet.
Today, that spiral of stone is known simply as the Bliss Labyrinth.
That's the marriage at the center of Blisstopia: Lana dreams the sacred into being, and Mark builds it, stone by stone, board by board, trail by trail.
Out past the back gate, the desert rises toward the mountain in loose rock and thorned brush — the kind of terrain that doesn't invite a stranger in. Mark changed that too. Trail by trail, cut by his own hands, he groomed the path from Blisstopia's back gate all the way up into the network of hiking trails on the mountain, so that any guest — barefoot in spirit, if not always in shoes — could step straight from the sanctuary into the wild and back again without fear of losing their footing.
That path now carries a name of its own: the Bliss Trail.
He is the reason the pump runs, the reason the hot tub holds steady at 104 degrees, the reason the infrared sauna warms and the pool's waterfall never stops its quiet song. Mark is Blisstopia's maintenance, its handyman, its quiet infrastructure — and just as importantly, he is Lana's support. Not behind her. Beside her. Every retreat that unfolds smoothly, every guest who never notices a single thing out of place, is a small monument to a man who believes his labor is itself a form of gratitude.
Mark and Lana didn't arrive at this belief overnight. Long before the desert and the villa and the 2.5 off-grid acres, they ran a yoga studio together in Blaine, Minnesota. They built it with their own hands and their own hearts, the same way they'd later build a labyrinth and a trail — and then they watched the world nearly take it from them. When COVID closed the doors on studios everywhere, they didn't fold. Lana taught classes, and held the students without fear, but with love. They held on, adapted, and kept showing up for their students through the hardest season the wellness industry had seen in a generation. They survived it. And when the time finally came, they made the harder choice still — letting the studio go, trusting that what came next would be enough, because gratitude, not fear, was already the practice they lived by.
That season taught them something they carried straight into the Sonoran Desert: gratitude isn't a strategy for good times. It's the thing you practice hardest when everything is uncertain. And on the other side of uncertainty, if you keep giving thanks, abundance finds you again.
We do not believe there is a fixed number of retreat-goers, or a fixed amount of healing in the world. We believe abundance doesn't get rationed — it gets invited. And gratitude is the invitation. The Bliss Labyrinth and the Bliss Trail are proof of that: nobody paid Mark to build them faster or cheaper than anyone else's. He simply built what was needed, with what the land gave him, because Lana asked, and because that is enough reason.
So when a guest walks through our gate — nervous, grieving, curious, cracked open, or simply tired — we don't see a transaction. We see someone the universe sent to be met, helped, grown alongside, and shared with. We say thank you for that person before we know their name. And somehow, impossibly and every single time, the right people keep finding their way to this sanctuary. Not because we chased them. Because we made room for them with gratitude, and abundance filled the room.

At night, when the desert sky opens up over the villa and the day's last guests have wandered off toward the hot tub or the Bliss Labyrinth, or the last of the members leaves the Bliss Yoga Sanctuary, Mark and Lana sit together on the pool deck. They don't count reservations. They count blessings — the free-range eggs that showed up that morning, the guest who cried and then laughed, the stranger who is now a friend, the Bliss Trail that carried someone safely up the mountain and back.

They say it out loud, every time, the same simple sentence:
"We will always have everything we need."

Not because the calendar is full. Not because the well ever runs dry. But because gratitude, practiced daily — in a walk, in a wall of stone, in a groomed trail, in a studio held onto through a global crisis, in a life spent building for someone you love — is the root. And abundance, without fail, is the flower that grows from it.

It is a small thing. It costs nothing but sweat and sun and time. And it is, we believe, the practice the world most needs more of — one sunrise walk, one thank-you, one hand-built stone, at a time.

✨ Energy Healing Certification — Level 2:
Deepen the Gift You Already Carry

If you've already done Level 1 — or you're a Reiki I or II practitioner feeling that quiet pull to go deeper — this one's for you.

Level 1 gave you the foundation. Level 2 is where you stop practicing the basics and start actually holding real sessions with confidence, precision, and depth. This isn't more theory stacked on theory. It's the bridge between "I know some techniques" and "I trust myself to guide someone through an entire healing hour."

🌟 Why This Training

Because knowing techniques and knowing how to hold space for a real client are two completely different skills — this training teaches the second one

Because your hands may already know what to do, but your confidence hasn't caught up yet — Level 2 closes that gap

Because healing work deserves practitioners who can conduct a full, professional, well-documented session — not just a few minutes of intuitive touch

Because deepening your own energetic capacity is, itself, part of your own healing journey

🌿 Who This Is For

Energy Healing Level 1 graduates ready to expand their skillset

Reiki I & II practitioners are warmly welcome — your existing training is honored and built upon here

Anyone already doing healing work informally who's ready to formalize it with real technique, structure, and certification

Practitioners who want to hold a full one-hour session with real confidence, not just a partial routine
