Anybody renting from the River Art Village(Jim) please be patient on any repairs needed as the growing list of busted pipes and other important repairs were stacking up constantly yesterday and today I suspect but we are working diligently to get all things fixed ASAP. Thanks for your patience and loyalty as renters

With the super low temps 🥶 and the accumulation of snow ❄️ headed our way, PLEASE leave your water dripping 💧 till the subfreezing temps are gone.

If conditions get as bad as forecasted, it could be NEXT WEEK before we can fix your pipes. Your call 🤷
