This 1,400 square foot apartment includes a queen bed, a sofa bed, a youth camp bed, and an ottoman that converts to a twin size bed. There is also an air mattress available for guests to use along with plenty of extra pillows and linens. The space is cozy for a couple, but comfortably sleeps up to 8 people for small group gatherings. A washer and dryer is available in the unit and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to cook a meal. A cozy gas fireplace is located in the living room and the private deck in the back allows guests to get some fresh air. High speed internet, cable, Apple TV, and a DVD player are included. The Loft on the Square is located downtown Petersburg and is within walking distance of several local restaurants and shops. Lincoln's New Salem State Historic Site is two miles south of Petersburg. Petersburg is located only thirty minutes from Springfield which is home to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum, Lincoln's Home and Lincoln's Tomb, Frank Lloyd Wright's Dana-Thomas House, the Old State Capitol, and numerous other historic attractions. The Loft is located immediately next door to Hand of Fate Brewing Company which was selected to brew the official beer for the 2018 Illinois bicentennial celebration, and just a few miles from Hill Prairie Winery (Oakford) and West of Wise Winery (Petersburg).
