IMPORTANT REMINDER — SEPTEMBER 1ST DEADLINE

A reminder to all seasonal campers that the September 1st deadline for 2027 renewals and non-renewals is now just 1 week away.

By September 1st, we must have received from every seasonal camper either:

* A completed 2027 Renewal Contract and the appropriate payment, or
* A completed Non-Renewal Form and the required payment.

Please understand that September 1st is a firm and time-sensitive deadline. We have a substantial waiting list of people who are depending on us to let them know as quickly as possible whether a site will be available for the 2027 season.

Many of those individuals are also facing early-September renewal deadlines at their current campgrounds. In fairness to them, we cannot delay notifying our waiting list while awaiting renewal decisions or paperwork after our stated deadline.

We therefore ask everyone who has not yet submitted their paperwork and payment to please take care of this before September 1st. Once the deadline has passed, we will begin determining available sites and contacting those on our waiting list.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this important deadline and for helping us keep the renewal process fair and orderly for everyone.
