Fresh ingredients, sourced locally and prepared impeccably.

Throughout the summer and fall, Chef Randy makes daily stops at Coveyou Scenic Farm to pick up our produce, which is often still warm from the sun. We're lucky to work with such talented farmers, fishers, and vendors to create an unforgettable dining experience that showcases the best of Northern Michigan.

August brings a sweetness to Northern Michigan that is hard to duplicate. The lake is warm (ish), the sunsets are spectacular, and the forests are lush.
