Abygail’s journey with Flournoy started 5 years ago at Summer Lake as a Leasing Consultant. From there, she was promoted to Assistant Community Director at Rock Island Ridges and then promoted again to Community Director at Lakewood Station! 💚

Our dear sister property, Cobalt, has experienced the unimaginable. To their beloved residents who have been displaced, we are deeply sorry for your loss. There truly are no words that can make this easier, but please know that you are in our thoughts and hearts. 💔

If any of our Lakewood Station residents would like to help support the Cobalt community during this difficult time, we will gladly collect donations in our office on their behalf.

Yesterday, our Cobalt community experienced an unimaginable loss. A devastating fire left 83 beloved residents without their homes.

To our residents who were impacted: We are here for you. We know there are no words that can replace what was lost, but please know you will not navigate what comes next alone.

To the residents who immediately stepped up to help your neighbors, offering clothing, food, childcare, rides, supplies, places to stay, helping with pets, bringing food to our team, and simply asking, “What can I do?”… THANK YOU.

To our incredible Cobalt team, you may never know fully know the difference you made yesterday. Every door you knocked on, every person you checked in on, every hand you held, and every LIFE you saved - heroes is an understatement. Cobalt Apartments

Watching this community take care of one another during such a heartbreaking day is something our team will never forget.

Cobalt is continuing to collect donations for our displaced residents at the leasing office. Gift cards, new clothing, toiletries, pet supplies, blankets, food, water, and everyday essentials are greatly appreciated.
