Thank you so much to all of our guests who have trusted this little startup brand with their stays for over 10 years now! We could not have reached this level without your support.

Our Operations Staff deserves the bulk of the credit here who have consistently delivered excellent and immediate service to our guests all without having a front desk that have resulted in some of the best review scores in the area. We are continually impressed with them and their dedication to each location and its “Loyal Lokals.”

Our design team deserves a lot of praise as well starting with Tara Mangini & Percy Bright at Old City, KJO Architecture at Fishtown and True Hand on branding at all locations and interiors at Fishtown.

Booking direct allows independent hotels to give you the best level of service, provide you the best price and save family operators 15% - 20% in fees. The OTA’s are now not providing phone numbers or emails when you book which means if you don’t check every message on their platform only then you will not get all of your pre-check-in info and we have no way of contacting you until you call us upset…

We understand some people must use OTA’s for business travel with their company, but if you don’t have to, please consider booking direct, especially with independent hotels. It means the world to us, allows us to provide the best service and value and enables us to start to get to know more about you which is what we love most in this hospitality game!
