Last weekend’s Blue and Gray brought an incredible number of reenactors to Philippi, and moments like this were truly surreal. Captured during Sunday’s reenactment, the gunpowder smoke drifts across Main Street as The Chrislip emerges in the background, creating a scene that feels frozen in time.

Thank you to all of our reenactors who traveled to Philippi and helped make the weekend so special. Your dedication, authenticity, and passion are what bring history to life and make The Blue and Gray such a memorable experience year after year. 🇺🇸💙❤️
