A recent review from one of our renters. This is why we love what we do! 🥰 :

"We (hubs, daughter (2.5yrs), 2 dogs) stayed here from mid June through all of July so we really got to know the place! Katelyn and Dan are absolutely amazing! They live on the property in a detached house but you rarely see them so feel like you have the place to yourself.

The location is what sells this place. There is a gorgeous river behind their property. Having coffee on the patio was my favorite and very tranquil. You hear birds chirping in the morning and the sound of water flowing over rocks from the river. My daughter and I Sat on the dock many times and dipped our feet in the water. We did get in one day, it was maybe 1.5 feet deep but it was mucky (you sink in the sand) so we didn't swim or walk around in there. Most of the river is only this deep too. They do provide canoes and kayaks and this is the perfect river for that!

The place itself is much bigger than the pics. I think it is handicap accessible with everything being wider. Fabulous deep tub my daughter and both enjoyed and they provided bubble bath!

Kitchen is stocked with everything you need,dishes, condiments, spices etc.

2 large rooms, one bed had pillow top, one firmer mattress. I slept great on both! 2 pull out coaches but we only used those to sit on (very comfy). They had an extra couch and recliner too.

WiFi - worked GREAT! We work from home and I held zoom meetings without issues. For their TV ~they use Roku. I think this is a common system in their area. You sign into your own Netflix,amazon, HBO, Disney etc. The Roku system is slow meaning it took 30-60 seconds to load an app and the various shows BUT once you selected a show there were absolutely no issues. We watched multiple movies and shows and not one cut out or had issues. Just took a few extra seconds to load.

Air contioner worked great and they provide a extra fan. Not once did we feel hot and we are people that keep our air at 66 at night! Lol. But honestly half the time we loved having the windows open. Most days were 70-80s with evenings upper 50s-60s. Gorgeous weather. I think only 2 days it got to 90 degrees!
Loved that they allowed dogs.
Decor was rustic hunting, animal decor which is fitting for the area.

Place located across from snowmobile trails and about a 10 min walk to a local bar that has food and a pool table. Their house is very remote but off a non-busy highway. I did tons of runs and bike rides and loved every minute!

You can't go wrong staying here and the price was great!"
