Fully equipped beautiful kitchen & AZ room opens up to the views of the heated pool and has everything you need to prepare your meals during your stay. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, roasting pan, serving dishes, toaster oven, blender, food storage containers, coffee pot, ice tea maker, knife block with scissors, rice cooker, crock pot, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, measuring spoons & cups, glasses, plates, napkins, paper towels, basic condiments, seasoning rack, kitchen utensils and Keurig coffee maker and much more. There is a high top table that seats 4 in the kitchen plus in the dining room there is a table with seating for 6 & 4 at the breakfast bar which makes space for lots of fun for the whole family! Other things to note
To ensure we keep the tile squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we prefer a no shoes policy inside our home. If you need shoe covers, we have them for you. Being a family home, we also have a no smoking policy and when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. You are responsible for removing all trash from the house & backyard during your stay into cans on the side of the home. Bring both cans to the curb on Wednesday night please if that's your day that you are occupying the home please. We have weekly pool service. Please feel free to use pool skimmer hanging on the wall to clean top of pool debris from weather or things floating in the air at anytime and put back into its place once done. Pool vacuum can't be taken out of the water, it works nightly. Do not throw rocks, kids toys or any other things into the pool, it will damage the pool system and you will be responsible for repair of the pool system. Whilst we do a thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and put any dirty towels in the hampers for the laundry room. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests. Please do not wash the top covers or bedding. We have a special way of doing all the laundry please. In the hot months the A/C will be in eco mode. A/C requirements: thermostat temperature can be adjusted manually from 76 to 80F degrees. When guests leave the house the A/C will go into Away mode automatically to 80F degrees and when guests enter the house A/C starts the previous chosen temperature. We can’t decrease the temperature below 75F because of the danger of icing the outside unit. Please be familiar with the current temperature forecast. Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is by 11am. The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanitary napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We also recommend that you close off the drains in showers and sink in between uses to avoid water roaches; they are common in AZ. We simply want to ensure you have an amazing holiday :)

A short commute to Scottsdale, Arrowhead mall, Tanger outlet mall, Westgate, Peoria Sports Complex, Coyote arena, University of Phoenix Stadium which is home to our Arizona Cardinals. Flagstaff and Sedona are only a couple of hours away so as you can see it's a great location!
