Hey all, we operate an all female crashpad just 3.5 miles away from PHX Sky Harbor airport near 24th St and Broadway. Below is all the info about the house and if you are interested please text me at 480-518-0786 or email [email protected] to see if there are any openings.
Features – Flight attendant and pilot crashpad featuring all cold beds (the bed is yours all month). High speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, living room with couch, chairs, and 65” Roku TV with YouTube TV, washer & dryer (supplies included), iron and board, and propane BBQ grill. K-cup machine in kitchen (BYO K-cups). Treadmill, stair stepper, and up to 15lb weights are available in the garage. The house was build in 2023 and is over 2,000 sq ft. All utilities are included in the price.
20 days a month max stay. The monthly max stay is meant to encourage everyone to go home when they can on their off days, otherwise the crashpad would get too full. If you only have a day or two off between trips and aren’t able to make it home then we totally understand. There is space for you to hang clothes and keep stuff around your bed area during your stay and also between trips while you are gone. But please understand this is not an apartment and moving in all of your belongings and living at the crashpad is not permitted.
Cleaners come every week. TP, paperwork towels, and basic laundry supplies included. Not all crashpads provide this so please ask other crashpads if you are shopping around.
Transportation Options – If you have a car, the house is 3.5 miles from the employee lot (8- minute drive).
Waymo - Picks up from the Rental Car Center or 24th St station. The costs is usually about $10 to the house but can increase during peak times.
Uber/Lyft options – Typically will cost $15 without surge pricing and are less expensive from the Rental Car Center. Taxis are a consistent price and may be a better option as they are always there and always have the same pricing.
Bus options – There is a direct bus line from the airport to the crashpad. The bus picks near the 24th St train station and drops off less than 5 min walk away from the house. Cost is $2 and exact cash is required.
Room Options – Available beds are reserved on a first come first serve basis. As beds become available, I will use a seniority based system (time at crashpad) to determine the ability to move into vacant beds.
A $100 refundable deposit is required to reserve your bed. Monthly payment is due by the 1st of the month. A 15 day notice is required if you are going to not need your bed for the next month that way I can fill vacant beds with others as needed. You’ll get your deposit back as long as I get a 15 day notice and you leave your area clean like you found it.
Bedding, pillows, and towels are available or you can bring your own. Soap and shampoo is your responsibility to bring.
Text me if interested and I can send you a YouTube video tour of the house.
Prices range from $350-$450 depending on which bed is available.
