This sale was over 13 months in the making. It was a long process, requiring immense patience from the Seller. It wasn't an easy deal, as with a lot of these conversion deals, but this was by far one of the hardest deals to get closed.

If you have an extended stay hotel that you're looking to sell, please reach out to me. Since Covid I have sold over 25 hotels to buyers who have converted these properties to alternative uses making me one of the leading commercial real estate brokers in the hotel to alternative use space.
