Our pre-booked guests for Jan/Feb '19 have had to cancel so, GOOD NEWS if you're looking for a gorgeous 2BR/2BA winter getaway in a lush, manicured, gated community in sunny Arizona! Very desirable location...12 minutes from the airport & a 5 minute stroll to upscale dining, shopping & movie theatres. It's available as early as Dec. 21st and is available thru Feb. I am looking for a 60+ day rental agreement. Rates are $5800 for Jan & $5950 for Feb. Well-behaved people & pets are welcomed!

The weather is cooling off here in Arizona and is feeling more and more like the reason we all live here! The Bell house (pictured above) has good availability for most of this Fall (at least, at the moment!) so if you have friends/family visiting who would like a gorgeous place to stay, other than with you, or if you're planning to head to Phoenix in the next few months, yourself, keep us in mind!
