Shown in the picture below is one of Toronto MEP's most prized accomplishments in downtown Phoenix, AZ. The apartment complex shown below is the Downtown Evolution Apartment Complex and Toronto MEP is proud to say we have fully completed all electrical work on this beautiful project. The apartment is just now opening up for rent and we know the customers will be proud of our work. The developers in the area deserve a ton of credit as well, as we honor everyone in the process. The work done on this project by Toronto MEP shows precedence that we are a specialty contractor that has superior standards that we deliver. We hope to work on such substantial residential projects in the future as well as meeting new clients!

Even if clients utilize only one of the elements in our "total package", we still create a long-lasting beneficial relationship that gives the client trust in our services. Shown below is our HVAC work on one of our past projects in downtown Phoenix, AZ at the Getaway Apartment Complex. Two brand new HVAC systems were put into the building with tremendous help from our subcontractors and suppliers. We honor everyone involved in the project and this is a stepping stone for further work in the area. Toronto MEP only accepts perfection in project ex*****on, and our reputation agrees with it!

Our strategic goals are what drive our business elements daily at Toronto MEP. One of those goals in the past year was to outsource the work of the plumbing division while still offering the "total package" aspect of our company. To do this, we have outsourced our work to Williamson Plumbing, Inc., a local plumbing trade. Shown below is their work on their first project with Toronto MEP on the Hilton Heights Apartment Complex in downtown Phoenix, AZ. As you can see by the picture, the quality of their work is second to none. This marks another milestone at Toronto MEP and should be the start of a very successful relationship and we look forward to future challenges!

Pictured below is one of Toronto MEP past projects in the downtown Flagstaff, AZ area. For the past year, it has been one of Toronto MEP's main strategic objectives to geographically expand to other cities in Arizona other than Phoenix and today that is a reality. The Residences apartment complex shown below utilized the electrical and HVAC divisions of our company and we couldn't be happier to work with such respectful and diligent developers. This is an absolute milestone at Toronto MEP and we plan to continue to work on projects in uncharted territories!

Our 15 office personnel are the epitome of determined, loyal, and diligent. They are the lifeblood of Toronto MEP day in and day out and it is our job to maintain this successful work environment and grow. The new governance structure between the three partners has given the office personnel a chance to spread their wings and reach new heights. It is our pleasure to properly compensate these employees, as a new and improved compensation and benefits package structure is now in place for all personnel at Toronto MEP. We are so proud of this group, as well as the other employees at Toronto MEP, and they deserve every bit of compensation and a proper work/life balance!

Here at Toronto MEP Inc., we pride ourselves with having great leaders in the southeast MEP industry. Pictured from left to right (Jim Thomas, Michael Nicholson, and Weston Smith) are the three partners that are in charge of our electrical, HVAC, and plumbing divisions. Coinciding with our long-term strategic objective put into place, they have agreed to collectively join forces to run all divisions creating a much more efficient governance structure. We are so proud of their previous accomplishments and the opportunities that are ahead of them!
