Tucked in the heart of the Roosevelt Row arts district in downtown Phoenix, Phoenix Hostel & Cultural Center is seeking a detail-oriented, community-minded volunteer to join our creative oasis for 4–8 weeks. In exchange for 18 hours per week helping with cleaning, gardening, event setup, and welcoming guests from around the world, you’ll receive a private room with a work area, utilities, WiFi, shared kitchen and bathroom access, plus a $200 monthly stipend.
Volunteers work five 3-hour shifts per week (set hours) and should be dependable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with travelers, artists, and community members. NO drug or alcohol abuse tolerated.
Beyond the work exchange, this is an opportunity to experience Arizona affordably while living in a vibrant cultural environment filled with art, conversation, music, and connection.
