Summer Cabin Rentals Available for Winter Long Term

One Long Term Cabin Available
Available Winter Long-Term Dates would be October Through April (must be moved out no later than May 1st.)
Cabins come with one set of linens per bed, 1 set of towels per person, coffee maker, mini fridge, small microwave. There are no kitchens in these cabins. There are no public laundry facilities on site, tenant will be responsible for their own laundry. Tenants MUST bring their own space heater and may bring an electric hot plate. Both the space heater and electric hot plate must be approved by management before use in the cabin. All utilities (Water, Sewer, Electric, Cable, Wi-Fi) included in rent. A maximum of 2-3 adults per cabin, no children. There is not enough space for more than that in the cabins without causing damage. New tenants will sign a short-term lease upon move in. Rent is $575.00 a month, plus $125.00 pet deposit (if applies) and a security deposit of 575.00.
Covered Wagon Resort has had a few Long-Term RV spots become available as well. They are also $575 a month.
We do have 1 Long-Term Cabin available at this time. The long-term cabins include a full bathroom, full kitchen, one queen bed, a futon, a decent size tv with cable, Wi-Fi all and all utilizes included (even heat and A/C). The long-Term cabins are $800 are month plus $125.00 pet deposit ( if applies) and security deposit of $800 all deposit are refundable within 30 days of move out depending of damages and condition of the cabin when you move out some or all of the deposit will be refund or a letter explaining why money was withheld.
