Very nice cottage rooms with kitchenette and covered patio. All utilities included (water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, satellite TV, and WIFI). - These rooms feature a kitchenette with a stove, fridge, microwave, sink, and small appliances. One queen bed and one futon bunk (full mattress on the bottom, single up top - see photos). Flat screen TV, dresser, and eating area. Separate full bath with shower/tub combination. Linens are not provided.

Rent starting at $1150.00 month for one person, $60/month extra for each additional person. 6-month lease required, extendable on a month to month basis until Spring 2027. If shorter lease is needed, please contact us for details.

There is a refundable security deposit STARTING at one half of the monthly rent, $20 refundable key deposit and a one time $175 cleaning fee. First month's rent and all fees and deposits are due at lease signing.

Pets are ok in our pet friendly units with prior approval from management and additional deposits and fees.

Laundromat and convenience store located on the property.

We have a nice quiet restful location with beautiful views, 150 acres to roam, hike, fish in the pond or river or just hang out on the deck on the warm days. We are located one mile off the interstate, a few miles away from Rapid City and Sturgis. Enjoy the peace and quiet in a cozy atmosphere, while watching the wild life located on the premises.

This is a beautiful secluded log cabin nestled in the pines. It is a stand alone unit in the valley with gorgeous views, where the deer, antelope and turkeys play. If peace and quiet is your preference and you are trying to avoid the hub bub of city living, this may be the cabin that will fit your needs during the cold winter months.

Our cottage rooms are available for rent long-term (6 months minimum, extendable month to month thru May 2026), ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED! That means water, sewer, garbage, gas, electric, satellite tv and WIFI are ALL included in this low low rate. Private entrance, separate full bath, mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, flat screen tv, a/c and heat. Linens are not provided, so bring your own. Each unit is part of a triplex or a fourplex.

Monthly rate STARTS at $890 for one person and each additional person is $60/month. (Occupancy maximum is 2 people.) Refundable security deposit starts at $500 or one half a month's rent whichever is greater. There is a refundable key deposit of $20 per key and one time cleaning fee of $150 + tax. If you have pets and they are pre-approved, there is a refundable pet deposit of $300.00 and a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet. First month's rent, monthly pet fee, security deposit, key deposit, pet deposit, and cleaning fee are due at lease signing.

Some of our units are dog friendly, and dogs have to be approved by management.

Our pool is now open for the season! Hours are 8am to 8pm daily. It is open to the general public with daily passes at $8.50 plus tax for swimmers 13-59y, and $7.50 plus tax for seniors 60+ and children 0-13y. Ask our office for season passes and punch cards. Have a great summer!
