Happy Public Service Recognition Week!

This week, we’re giving a well-deserved shoutout to the many people who keep our community running (and somehow keep it all together on a daily basis).

From our Police and Fire Departments, Public Works, and RPSWD—who are out there in all weather—to our Deputy Clerk, who is often the first face you see walking into City Hall and the one answering just about every day-to-day question, the administrative team, to our Golf Course and Clubhouse staff keeping things running smoothly—there are a lot of moving parts behind the scenes.

We also can’t forget our City Council and the residents who serve on boards and committees—making decisions, volunteering time, and helping guide the future of our community.

It takes all of you to make things work… and work well.

So if you see someone this week who serves our community—whether they’re putting out fires, fixing roads, answering questions, or making sure you can enjoy a round of golf—take a moment to say thank you.

We appreciate you… even if we don’t say it enough.
