We are extremely saddened to announce the passing of Joe Bickar, our night desk clerk of 2 years. Joe died late last Saturday night as he was finishing his shift. Joe was well-liked by his coworkers and by Jack and Robin. He made a great impression on our guests that he met, and was adored by many of them. Our grief is very painful, but we ask that you pray for his wife Faith, his daughters Jennifer and Laura, and his three grandchildren. He was also looking forward to the upcoming birth of another grandson. Joe was one of the most professional, capable and trustworthy men we have come to know in our lives and he will be greatly missed. His funeral arrangements can be found at atchleyfuneralhome.com.

Open as of Friday May 1 at noon. Abbreviated hours this first week: open by 10 am, closed by 9 pm.

Temporary safety precautions:
1) Only one guest in motel office at a time.
2) No maid service for stayovers. Second day guests are asked to bring used towels to office for fresh ones, as well as coffee, cups, etc.
3) Pool open for sunbathing only.
4) Disinfectants are being used on common surfaces in the office as well as in rooms after checkout.
5)Our employees are using masks and gloves at their own discretion.
6) We are practicing social distancing.
