“Contours not concrete” captures the essence of our plan as we develop The BLUE MIST™. We’ll be working with the natural contours provided by the mountain, limiting major vertical construction to ridges and natural plateaus 400-plus feet above the roadway and minimizing land disturbance to 10 percent of the entire property.
