All cabins in The Preserve Resort, including our sister cabin Kiss the Clouds have escaped the recent fires in Gatlinburg and are open for business. Our prayers go out to all the residents, guests, businesses that have lost loved ones and property in the blaze.

Please consider donating to the Red Cross or other local charities to help the hundreds who have lost everything except the clothes on their backs. And please consider visiting The Great Smoky Mountains region soon--this area's economic survival depends on tourism. Most attractions and areas remain untouched by the fires.

If you have booked Must Be Dreamin' or "Kiss the Clouds" - Pigeon Forge rental - wowcabins.com for November 2014 or beyond through Wyndham/Sugar Maple Cabin Rentals, please note that you will not get to stay in our cabin unless you rebook with our new rental management company. Please email us at [email protected] so we can notify you directly when your new reservations can be made. If you do not rebook our cabin with our new management company, Wyndham will keep your reservation but move you to a different cabin altogether for your booked dates with them.

Our sister cabin, Having A Blast, just installed a wheelchair ramp, making it the first wheelchair-accessible cabin at wowcabins.com!

We had the wheelchair ramp installed this week. Asphalt has been added in the front to create a smooth grade onto the ramp. Grab bars have been added to the shower and toilet in one of the master suites.Thank you Pat Tenney, and Mountain Maintenance & Remodeling !
