April was all about new energy, shared moments, and experiences that go beyond the job. Let’s rewind the highlights.
📖 Apr 3: Enjoy Cooking With Us took us to the Dominican Republic with Habichuelas con Dulce, created by Sterling Duarte and Madeline Martínez. A recipe rooted in Easter traditions and cultural connection.
🐰 Apr 5: Easter abroad hits different. At Old Mill, Gloribel Ayala showed what it means to celebrate the season while living and working in a new place.
🥚 Apr 7: Recap: THIS WAS OUR EASTER. Different location, same energy. Team Orange made the most of the moment, on and off the job.
🍊 Apr 14: OH Stars in St. Simons Island. Amy Rodriguez Martinez and Diego Colon stood out for their consistency, teamwork, and attitude in the kitchen.

🏆 Apr 28: We closed the month celebrating Alexandra Valencia as Employee of the Month. Always stepping up, supporting the team, and going beyond her role at Sweet.
👐 Apr 30: Made by hand. Remembered together. A handmade experience shared at the table. Our interns and J1 shaped clay, slowed down, and connected beyond the routine. Hosted by WH Embassy, a community that has welcomed international students to Pigeon Forge since 2009.
