🍽️ The recipe was meatloaf. The lesson was teamwork. 🇺🇸

Last week our team learned to make one of America's most iconic comfort dishes: a homemade Meatloaf with glossy ketchup glaze and crispy fried onions on top. Made with gloves on, hands in, and a whole lot of teamwork. 🧡

📝 Save this recipe (serves 6)

🥩 Ingredients:
• 2 lb ground beef (80/20)
• 1 cup breadcrumbs + ½ cup milk (soak 5 min — this is the juiciness secret)
• 2 eggs · 1 onion, finely chopped · 2 garlic cloves
• ¼ cup grated parmesan · 2 tbsp Worcestershire
• 1 tbsp dried parsley · 1 tsp oregano · salt & pepper

🍅 Glaze: ½ cup ketchup + 2 tbsp brown sugar + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar + 1 tsp Dijon

🔥 Method: Mix gently (don't overwork it!) → shape in a loaf pan → bake at 350°F / 175°C for 40 min → glaze and bake 20 min more → rest 10 min before slicing → top with crispy fried onions.

Cook together. Grow together. Taste the difference.

April was all about new energy, shared moments, and experiences that go beyond the job. Let’s rewind the highlights.

📖 Apr 3: Enjoy Cooking With Us took us to the Dominican Republic with Habichuelas con Dulce, created by Sterling Duarte and Madeline Martínez. A recipe rooted in Easter traditions and cultural connection.

🐰 Apr 5: Easter abroad hits different. At Old Mill, Gloribel Ayala showed what it means to celebrate the season while living and working in a new place.

🥚 Apr 7: Recap: THIS WAS OUR EASTER. Different location, same energy. Team Orange made the most of the moment, on and off the job.

🍊 Apr 14: OH Stars in St. Simons Island. Amy Rodriguez Martinez and Diego Colon stood out for their consistency, teamwork, and attitude in the kitchen.
