Our hearts are heavy today. 💛 Dolly Parton was more than a legend. She was part of the heart of East Tennessee, carrying these mountains with her everywhere she went and never forgetting the place she called home.

Her kindness, generosity and love for this community changed lives, created opportunities and gave generations of people something to be proud of.

The impact she leaves behind is impossible to measure, and her legacy will forever be woven into the story of the Smoky Mountains.

We will always love you, Dolly. 🦋
