We did it!!! The new deck is finished—and in record time, too—just in time for both houses to be nearly booked solid through mid-July! With only a few days still available at each property, we are incredibly grateful for our repeat guests and the trust they continue to place in us year after year.

We hope our guests can see how committed we are to continually improving their experience. Some of our most recent upgrades include a brand-new deck and swing, blackout curtains in every bedroom, basketball games at both houses, and computer monitors for remote workers. These are just a few of the enhancements we've made to help make every stay even more comfortable, fun, and memorable.

We came to decorate this week thinking we were early and realized we were right in the middle of what feels like a Smoky Mountain Christmas special. Even though it is 80 degrees in Pigeon Forge the past few days, Christmas attractions with music and lights fill the air everywhere you go! As a result we too have turned “Modern Mountain GAMERS getaway” into our Smokey Mountain Christmas Getaway, making it a dream come true for families wanting that special touch during the holiday.

We found the most lifelike 7.5-foot pre-lit pine tree, complete with blue and gold accents, pine cones and rustic decorations that capture the essence of the Smokey Mountains. Thoughtful holiday touches throughout the home enhance our guest experience, including the Grinch and Max welcoming you at the front door. It's the perfect blend of modern style and Smokey Mountain charm for the holiday season. We'll even share our Christmas list of favorite attractions and shows with you, as we've spent the past week exploring them ourselves. We’re just a 5-minute drive or about a 15-20 minute walk to The Island, home to a variety of holiday attractions, shows, restaurants, and an unforgettable New Year's Eve celebration featuring music, fireworks, and much more.
