Our Story

After the urging from one of our neighbors who is a professional fisherman we set up our little red a-frame cabin with the fisherman in mind. In just a matter of months the fishermen starting bringing their families for vacations, their spouses for romantic getaways, their friends for parties of all kinds, and now even a select few small intimate weddings. Thanks to our devoted guests that indeed feel Slye Ranch is theirs and have shared it with so many others we have added a unique Guesthouse dubbed the Copper Can for couples only.
