Welcome to the Oxbow Bed and Breakfast. We are conveniently located on 10 private acres, only 1 mile South of Perry County Courthouse on Route 13/127 in Pinckneyville, Illinois. The home was built in 1929 and converted to a bed and breakfast by the proprietors Peggy, and the late, Dr. Al Doughty in 1985. Our namesake comes from Al’s hobby of up-cycling old barn wood materials. One of his most uniq

ue creations, the Oxbow bed (featured in select rooms), is a massive bed frame constructed from old barn timbers, that combines it’s design with an Oxbow to create a serene retreat for your stay. Make us your stay for:

It features a bedroom with Queen sized bed, Living room with Queen sized sleeper sofa, satellite television, eat-in Kitchen, and a 3/4 bathroom. Twin sized roll-away available too. Great for a romantic get-away or for a family. Sleeps up to 5 people. 2 Night reservation required or a $15 service fee for a single night reservation.
