Jesse helps bring the MVP Vacation Homes experience to life through photography, video, social media, and storytelling. From showcasing our homes to highlighting the places and experiences that make Idaho special, he’s always looking for new ways to inspire guests to get out and explore.

Hayden is a huge part of keeping MVP properties running at their best. From preventative maintenance and property preservation to renovations and major improvements, he’s always working behind the scenes to protect our homeowners’ investments and keep every home guest-ready. His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right make him such a valuable part of the MVP team.

Scarlett is one of the newest members of the MVP team and is helping us grow our presence here in McCall. She’ll be working closely with homeowners, guests, and local vendors to make sure our properties are well cared for and every stay is a great one.

She’s already bringing a great eye for detail, a love for connecting with people, and a genuine passion for the McCall community.
